Acrylics processing
Transparent presentation for your product
Acrylic glass XT is produced in a special extrusion process.
Concerning its optical qualities, it does not always meet the high standards of cast acrylic glass; however, in certain processing methods it shows advantages compared to cast acrylic glass. These include relatively low thickness tolerances, for instance.
Acrylic glass GS is a cast acrylic glass. Due to its production it has an excellent surface quality and a wide processing range. Its high thickness tolerance is a disadvantage.
- Sheet material with a thickness from 2 up to 10 mm.
- Available in many appealing colours, shiny or mat.
These processing steps are performed in our production site in Bühl.

We are able to professionally process acrylics – from simple bent components up to complex displays. Transparency and intended simplicity give your product prominence.
Processing of other plastics
Qualities such as formability, UV resistance, degree of gloss and colour can be adapted to the specific field of application. We process these plastics:

Polyethylen
Polypropylen
Polystyrol
Polyethylenterephthalat
and more…
These plastics are available in two different designs:
- shiny or mat material
- we process every thickness up to a length of 2000 mm
